The Valcartier Family Centre  would like to have you on board in its team to welcome customers by answering questions in person, by phone or by email and by referring them to the appropriate resource whether internal or external.  In addition, you would have to develop and maintain good relations with different partners, to foster teamwork with all the members, volunteers, interns and resource persons in particular by developing concerns of complementarity and partnership.  What is the Valcartier Family? It’s an organization of 65 employees that assists the military community by offering various intervention and psychosocial support services, employability and career development support, services for children (drop-in daycare) and for youths (youth workers for youths aged from 6 to 17yo), volunteer work and more.

What we are offering for this position:

  • Hours : 35h/week
  • Location: Valcartier Family Centre (10 minutes from Val-Bélair)
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Salary: $15.84 per hour

Academic and professional requirements of the position:  

  • Professional degree in secretary or any other relevant expertise
  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience in customer service
  • Bilingual
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, flexibility
  • Organizational, priority-setting and time management skills

Experience sought for the position:

What we are offering for this position:

  • Salary: $21.35 per hour

Academic and professional requirements of the position:  

  • College diploma in accounting or administration
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office software
  • Intermediate / advanced level in Excel
  • Knowledge of Sage (asset)
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Meticulous
