Military administration in / out / Dag

You are a military member (regular/reservist) and you need to do administration with the Valcartier Military Family Resource Centre (VMFRC)? Whether it’s an In-Out-Dag-VEPP, you’re in the right place.

Complete and submit the form that applies to your situation

Our team will take care of validating your application with your unit.
Simply notify them when your form is sent, and in some specific situations, when you are contacted by a counsellor.

In
Complete your arrival form (In) if you are new to Valcartier or in the region, you are taking a course or you have a new Reservist contract. A counsellor will contact you within 24-48 business hours after it is submitted.

Fill out your departure form (out) if you are leaving Valcartier, you have successfully completed your course or your contract is ending.

Complete this release form (OUT) if you are in the process of releasing from the Forces, regardless of the reason for your release (3B medical or other).

A counsellor will contact you within a few days of submitting the form.

Fill out this form if you are doing your administrative procedure in preparation for a deployment, an exercise, a course or an annual validation with no mission in sight. A counsellor will contact you within 24-48 business hours after it is submitted.

Complete this form if you are in the process of validating if you are eligible for a Outcan posting or in a remote region in Canada.

In at the Transition Center (release / recovery)

If you are leaving your unit to join the Transition Center, either for your release or to facilitate your recovery, check to see if your platoon sergeant has already made an appointment with the FLO for you.
