DESCRIPTION:Projet Monarques\, sous la direction artistique d’Angèle Séguin.\nCo-écriture : Angèle Séguin et Amélie Bergeron\nMise en scène : Amélie Bergeron\n\n\nSur scène\, cinq artistes empruntent les mots de vétéranes et vétérans\, de militaires et de leurs proches\, pour verbaliser leurs ressentis. Les textes sont le fruit d’une compilation de plus de 200 carnets d’écriture et retracent les témoignages de ces personnes affectées par les blessures subies et par le syndrome de stress post-traumatique. Cette pièce nous plonge\, avec pudeur\, dans l’univers émotionnel de l’être humain. Elle permet aussi aux vétérans et à leurs proches de contribuer au processus de guérison et les aide à entamer un dialogue entre les communautés civiles et militaires\, car la transition d’un monde à l’autre peut parfois s’avérer difficile. Une tournée canadienne de la pièce en français et en anglais suivra les représentations au Québec.
