Lorsque l\u2019on quitte les Forces, on ne quitte pas seulement un emploi, mais aussi une partie de notre famille militaire \ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc66\ud83d\udcaa.
\nCet atelier a pour but de vous accompagner dans vos r\u00e9flexions sur ce que vous venez de quitter, mais aussi sur ce que vous avez \u00e0 gagner \ud83d\udcad\u2728.
\nDes intervenants et un v\u00e9t\u00e9ran vous offriront une s\u00e9rie de quatre ateliers<\/strong> d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de trois heures<\/strong> chacun \u23f0.
\nGratuit<\/strong>, une rencontre par semaine pendant 4 semaines<\/strong>.

For veterans and military personnel within two months of their release from the Armed Forces.<\/p>\n

When you leave the Forces, you\u2019re not only leaving behind a job, but a part of your military family as well \ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc66\ud83d\udcaa.
\nThe goal of this workshop is to help you reflect on what you are leaving behind, but also on what you stand to gain \ud83d\udcad\u2728.
\nCounsellors and a veteran will lead a series of four workshops<\/strong>, lasting three hours<\/strong> each \u23f0.
\nFree<\/strong>, one meeting per week for 4 weeks<\/strong>.
\n\ud83d\udcc5 Wednesdays | 9 am to noon<\/strong>
\nFebruary 12-19-26 and March 5.<\/strong>
\nA spousal program is also available \ud83d\udc91.
