Sur sc\u00e8ne, cinq artistes empruntent les mots de v\u00e9t\u00e9ranes et v\u00e9t\u00e9rans, de militaires et de leurs proches, pour verbaliser leurs ressentis. Les textes sont le fruit d\u2019une compilation de plus de 200 carnets d\u2019\u00e9criture et retracent les t\u00e9moignages de ces personnes affect\u00e9es par les blessures subies et par le syndrome de stress post-traumatique. Cette pi\u00e8ce nous plonge, avec pudeur, dans l\u2019univers \u00e9motionnel de l\u2019\u00eatre humain. Elle permet aussi aux v\u00e9t\u00e9rans et \u00e0 leurs proches de contribuer au processus de gu\u00e9rison et les aide \u00e0 entamer un dialogue entre les communaut\u00e9s civiles et militaires, car la transition d\u2019un monde \u00e0 l\u2019autre peut parfois s\u2019av\u00e9rer difficile. Une tourn\u00e9e canadienne de la pi\u00e8ce en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais suivra les repr\u00e9sentations au Qu\u00e9bec. (English will follow)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

On stage, five artists borrow the words of veterans, military personnel and their loved ones, to verbalize their feelings. The texts are the fruit of a compilation of over 200 writing notebooks, and recount the testimonies of those affected by the wounds they suffered and by post-traumatic stress disorder. This play plunges us, with modesty, into the emotional universe of the human being. It also enables veterans and their loved ones to contribute to the healing process, and helps them initiate a dialogue between the civilian and military communities, as the transition from one world to the other can sometimes prove difficult. A Canadian tour of the play in French and English will follow the Quebec performances.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
