A counsellor who knows and understands the reality of Veterans’ families is available to answer your questions and guide you to the right resources. The meetings are customized according to your needs, confidential and free.
Personalized meeting during an absence

Personalized meeting with reservist or his/her family

Prepare your parcel
Absence Support Counsellors can assist you in preparing packages Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm.
Welcome visit
The welcome visit allows you to learn about the services offered by the Valcartier Military Family Resource Centre, meet the various employees and become familiar with the facilities. If you have recently arrived in the area or simply do not know our services, do not hesitate to ask for a visit.

Pre- or post-natal visit
The Welcome Baby program aims to support you in the new adventures that come with having a child. Whether you’re happy or worried about the upcoming arrival of baby, meet us as soon as you know the date for the child’s birth!
Adult volunteer registration
Are you interested in volunteering at the Valcartier MFRC? In order for you to have volunteer offers based on your interests, our counsellors must first meet with you.
Teen volunteer registration
Meeting with a youth worker to help the teen understand what they can do to get involved.
